A sales tax of 7.75% is added to all orders shipped to Nevada addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to gift recipients outside Nevada

A Warm Wish accepts American Express, VISA, Master Card and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or Master Card logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.

Ordering and Shipment Confirmation
After ordering, you will receive three email confirmations from A Warm Wish. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships. You will also receive a Invoice with all of the details from your order.

Multiple Ship to Addresses
Use our multiple ship-to capability to send gifts to different addresses, whether you're sending the same gift to everybody or different gifts to each address. A Warm Wish has enhanced this service so that you can take care of all your gift giving.

How To order
We strive to make ordering at A Warm Wish as quick and easy as possible. You've browsed our gift collections or used Gift Search to find the perfect gift. Checkout is even easier. When you've found your gift, click on the item name or image and follow the instructions below:

1) Enter product information
You are now on the product information page. Here, you can choose the quantity and, if relevant, the color, size and other attributes of the gift. When you are finished entering, click the Add to Cart button. If the item is on back order, this is when you will be alerted as to its anticipated availability.

2) Review order
Click on the Shopping Basket (Cart) page. Here, you can review all the items you have placed in your Basket and information about each item. You can make some changes to your order here, including gift box selection (Y/N) and quantity for individual items or remove an item from your bag. (If you make any changes to your order, click the Recalculate button at the bottom of the page to see your revised total.) If you wish to continue shopping, click the Continue Shopping button. If you are finished selecting items, click the Checkout button.

3) Log in
You are now on the Login page. A Warm Wish uses passwords to provide secure transactions for its customers. If you are a registered customer, enter your email address and password and click Submit. If you are a new customer, click Create an Account. If you do not wish to register or log in, click on Shop as Guest.

4) Check out
You are now on the Checkout page. Here, you will be asked to enter your billing information, any, shipping method and gift information. If you're a registered A Warm Wish customer, some of this information will appear automatically. Again, you can choose to continue shopping by clicking the Continue Shopping button, or finish your checkout by clicking the Checkout button.

5) Process order
You are now on the Order Summary page. Here, you can review your total order for accuracy and make any last-minute changes. This is also your last chance to cancel your order before we process the charges. The last step is entering your credit card information. When you are finished, click Process Order.

6) Confirm your order
You are now on the Order Confirmation page. This page gives you a summary of the order, including your order number. You will be able to track your basket after we have shipped your Gift by using our tracking Page.

A Warm Wish promotion codes are redeemed during the ordering process at Checkout. Simply enter your promotion or source code Your promotional discount will be factored into your final order upon checkout and will be reflected in your order summary. Shipping Instructions We ship all of our Baskets UPS Ground, out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Orders received after 10 A.M. Pacific Standard Time Will be shipped the following Day. (Please Use the  following Guidelines, for arrival day's do not include the date of Order/Shipment) All Shipping times are approximate, Please allow enough time for your order to be processed and shipped.   We have tried to locate the cheapest and quickest way to deliver your Gift Basket.  We try to use services that will guarantee delivery times.  We will do everything in our power to get your package there on time.  Order early to ensure  on time Delivery.   We use UPS and Fedex because they give us a guarantee on their  shipments.
